Payment details

Unless agreed in advance of your arrival, all room bills are charged at check in. We accept the following payment methods:
Cash, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Diners Club and American Express. We regret that we are unable to accept cheques, travellers cheques or foreign currency.


Charging goods and services to your room bill

Should you wish to charge food, drink and other incidentals to your room bill during your stay, we require a credit or debit card at check in. Your chosen card will be charged by Reception, with your authority given below. We regret that without your prior authorisation we are unable to allow food and drink to be charged to your room bill, payment will be required at the point of purchase.

Checking out

Our check out time is 11am. Occasionally it is possible to vary this by prior arrangement or if you are booked on our V.I.P. package, please ask Reception for further details. For your convenience, the Night Team are able to check out guests throughout the night and early morning.


Car parking

The hotel car park is a well lit, secure car park at the rear of the hotel, with 54 spaces available. There is an overnight parking fee of £5.00 per vehicle, which will be charged on check in. The hotel car park is to the rear of the hotel and accessed off Northgate. Parking for blue badge holders is located at ground level adjacent to the rear entrance doors. A lift to all floors is located at the rear entrance of the hotel.
Users of the hotel car park do so entirely at their own risk. The Lincoln Hotel will not accept liability for any accidents, damage or loss incurred to any vehicles parked within the hotel car park. In parking a vehicle in this car park, you confirm your agreement to the terms and conditions relating to the use of the hotel car park, a full copy of which is available at the hotel Reception.


Damage to hotel property

We respectfully advise all guests that should any damage to hotel property occur during your stay, the hotel reserves the right to make a charge to cover any such loss, normally within 24 hours of you vacating the room. Payment will be taken from the card details provided at check in and you will be notified accordingly.
